人體要能夠更好的發勁,至少得具備幾個要素:
1.胯要能彈,不是單純的擰轉;
2.背要能串,背部肌肉跟骨骼的一種分離狀態;
3.肩要能夾,肩不夾,則身勁散,無法形成合勁,前提是,肩縫開!
如何可以做到:「力由脊發」呢?大家都知道「翻背勁」非常厲害,這把勁力離不開脊柱的作用。力由胯起,上提腰,下壓腿,將勁力對稱發出。
要使脊柱發勁,必須首先讓其具備發勁的因素,大脊跟古代用的弓的構造非常相似,且同樣具備彈性,關鍵是我們如何運用好這張弓。打比方講,尾椎骨跟大椎骨是「弓」的兩個端頭,那麼,我們首先得固定好這兩個點的形態,才可以將弓拉開。脊柱這張弓,我們無法藉助外力,將弓拉滿,那麼,我們就利用自身的對撐勁力來達到拉開弓的要求。
打個比方,我們將一根竹片置於兩手掌之間,然後,兩手掌相向用力,則竹片會被撐彎,此時的竹片,也就具備了動能。身體脊柱一樣,我們將肩壓好(鬆沉肩,不可垮肩),胯持續上頂,迫使脊柱壓彎,就如同我們挑重擔時,起不來的感覺,腿在蹬,胯在頂,脊柱被壓彎,此時的脊柱,也就具備了發力的狀態。
我們在練拳時,要充分地運動好以上的力學原理,壓肩(沉肩)、頂胯(胯接上下勁),將脊柱壓彎。出手時,肩不能松(垮),鬆(垮)了以後,則會出現了勁力上竄的現象,長此以往,頭部會產生暈厥的現象,更甚者,會出現腦震盪的跡象。
勁力自來水管道中的水流,一個支流堵住了,它會流向其它的方向。勁力也一樣,當胯部的勁力,通過腰背,傳遞到肩的時候,壓肩扣肩,勁力自然竄向兩手臂。
所謂「打人不費力」,並不是不用力,而是充分運用了大筋崩彈所產生的動能,達到發勁的目的。有很多人跟我講,我年紀偏大了一些,是不是練心意拳不太適合,其實我們的訓練體系採用了筋骨發勁,在正確掌握髮勁方式以後,可以很輕鬆完成訓練的,根本就不存在吃不消,練不好的說法!反而年齡偏大一些,筋骨更加老道,勁力會更加通透。這就是為什麼我們一些老前輩,老宗師,即使到了殘餘之年,一樣可以一掌將人打飛的道理!
以前總是在講「練武不練功,到老一場空」很多人把這個歸屬於練丹田,其實,這樣的想法是錯誤的,丹田本不存在,只是一個假想,如何又能練得了呢,真正需要我們盤練的,是你的大筋,關節,跟內臟,這些的強大,才是你驕傲的本錢。
我認為在健身房練肌肉的人是最勤奮的,他們一周不練,肌肉的質感立刻會發生變化,所以每周都得堅持訓練,以保持好原有的肌肉質量。練拳,我覺得倒是最省事的,因為大筋一旦練開以後,哪怕吃飯拿筷子,走路散步,都在用著它了,所以功夫到了,你即使五年不去盤練,它都不會退!
練拳,就是練回動物的本能,讓我們自身在速度、力度、敏感度方面,達到前所未有的狀態,打實戰需要「術」但這些並不需要多,就像老虎、獅子,包括貓、狗,它們的絕招也就三兩下,憑藉的就是那份與生俱來的靈動性。《心意拳》講,靈勁上身天地翻,我們最終的目的,就是要做到一個「靈」。
我們在實戰中,能夠做到單個弓發勁,也可以多個弓一起發勁,甚至還可以幾張弓產生合勁,打出一股霸道的勁力,當然這需要手腳,大脊的筋骨跟神經反射的高度結合。「驚起四梢永無懼,靈勁上身天地翻」。
